The cost of the program as laid out is ZAR6,100 per person on a share twin and share quad basis.
The equivalent to ZAR6,100 at 20th October 2009 is:-

  • EURO560.00.

Please remember this is only an indication and exchange rates vary from time to time. Suggest you check the currency from time to time but the above gives an indication of costs using current exchange rates.

The Festival Accommodation Hotels are:

CAPE TOWN LODGE Situated in the hub of Cape Town’s CBD , this distinguished hotel is ideally positioned, making attractions like the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Kirstenbosch Gardens easily accessible. Accommodation will be on a Share Twin basis.

PARK INN HOTEL GREENMARKET SQUARE Conveniently located on the historic Greenmarket Square, the Park Inn Greenmarket Square Hotel is the ideal base for exploring historic sites such as Robben Island, the rock paintings along the Western Cape and the beautiful beaches along South Africa's coastline. Accommodation will be on a Share Twin basis.

BREAKWATER LODGE VICTORIA AND ALFRED WATERFRONT
Ideally positioned in the heart of Cape Town's V & A Waterfront development. Once a 19th Century prison, the Protea Hotel Breakwater Lodge today provides comfortable and affordable Cape Town hotel accommodation in a spectacular setting that looks over the bay and up onto Table Mountain. Accommodation on a share quad basis for pupils and share twin for adults.

 

    

 WHAT DO WE GET FOR OUR MONEY?

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
  • Seven nights accommodation as shown above with breakfast each morning included.
  • Meet and greet by Festival organisers at Cape Town International Airport.
  • Luxury air-conditioned coaches for all transport and sight-seeing requirements.
  • Transfers to and from the airport, to and from matches and evening transfers to Victoria and Alfred Waterfront or Century City.
  • Practice facilities as required.
  • Full day Cape Point excursion with all necessary entry fees.
  • Festival entry fees and costs including umpires, ground hire and first aid.
  • Festival shirt and brochure.
  • Team photo for the School or Club.
  • Disco and buffet evening on Friday 22nd July.
  • Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

UNFORTUNATELY THE PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
  • Air travel to and from Cape Town.
  • Meals - except at the disco and buffet evening.
  • Personal insurances.
  • Team equipment.
  • Sightseeing and excursions except as outlined above.
FREE OF CHARGE:
  • NB: For every team of 18 players we will provide 2 free of charge places for staff and/or coaches.

SUPPORTERS PACKAGES:

Should any supporters or parents wish to have alternative arrangements please do not hesitate to let us know and we can tailor accommodation and transport to suit individual or group requirements.

PRE AND POST FESTIVAL TRAVEL AND TOURS:

If you wish to do some touring either before or after the Festival please let us know and we will prepare arrangements and costs for you to consider. There are many very interesting tour options in South Africa and we will be pleased to recommend options that will provide educational opportunities as well as sightseeing and good fun.
